Electronics Society: 2019-20 2019-12-09 First meeting for the formation of Electronics Society: 2019-20 was held on Saturday, the 14th September 2019. Dr. D. S. Dhote, Dr. G. D. Agrahari, Mr. K. A. Borkar, Dr. G. A. Raut, Ms. N. R. Agrawal, Ms. A. M. Tembhare and all the faculty members were present for this meeting. Dr. D.S. Dhote, Head of the Department of Electronics initially invited the names of aspiring candidates in the chronological order for the various posts of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer and Seven Executive Members. Since, only one nomination is received for aforesaid each post of office bearers, Dr. D.S. Dhote declared elected unanimously the names of all office bearers of Electronics Society 2019-2020. Students of B. Sc(Electronics), M. Sc (Electronics), PGDBME, B. Voc (METM) were present for this meeting and they were made aware about objectives & formation of Electronics Society. Institute – Institute Interaction Activity 2019-12-09 Post Graduate students of Department of Electronics Ashok Mahavidyalaya, Chandur (Rly.) visited to the PG Department of Electronics, Brijlal Biyani Science College, Amravati on Thursday 19th September 2019 with their Faculty Member Ms. Deepali Gulhane, Mr. S.V. Dolas, Ms. B.S. Sawalakhe, Ms. S.O Ajmire. This activity is conducted under Institute –Institute interaction activity. All the students were performed practical of Biomedical Instrumentation on ECG machine, Ventilator, X-ray machine, Multiparamonitor, Digital B.P Apparatus, coutary Machine, etc. Faculty member of our department had given some theoretical information about biomedical course ‘Post Graduate Diploma in Biomedical Electronics’ (PGDBME) with eligibility criteria and opportunities in the medical field. They also gave demonstration of all the instruments of Biomedical Electronics with real time patient monitoring. All the students were actively performed the practicals. M. Sc I and II year and B. Voc students of our college also took active participation in this visit and gave a practical demonstration of all the instruments related to their academic subjects. All the students of Ashok Mahavidyalaya had actively participated in this visit and asked queries related with the topic to the faculty members. Finally, all the students of Ashok Mahavidyalaya shared their experience about this visit and also expressed their thanks to the Principal and Head of Department Dr. D. S. Dhote for granting permission to share resourses of Biyani Science College. Also, Thanks to all the faculty members of PG Department of Electronics. Dr. G.D. Agrahari, Dr. G.A. Raut, Mr. K.A. Borkar, Mr. S.K. Shelke, Ms. A.M. Tembhare, Ms. N.R. Agrawal , Ms. S.K. Lunge, Ms. A.G. Tople were present for this program.

Poster Competition and Quiz Competition 2019-09-10 Inaugural function of Electronics Society: 2019-2020 was held on Tuesday, the 09th October 2019. On the eve of inaugural function the Department organized two co-curricular activities viz. Quiz competition and Poster Presentation on Wednesday, the 09th October 2019. For this competition, Dr. Yogesh M. Pharkade, Department of Electronics, Degree College of physical Education, HVPM Amravati acted as juries. Posters were displayed in the department M. Sc Lab - I. All students from B. Sc have participated in the Poster competition. Posters were prepared by students on following broad topics. B. Sc I - Basic Electronics, Electronic waste. B. Sc II - Advance microprocessor & Microcontroller, Electronic waste, Advance Electronics Technology. B. Sc III - Bio-Medical Electronics, Advance Electronics Technology, Embedded system, Arduino. B. Voc - Biomedical waste, Basic Biomedical Technology. Quiz competition was held in the department. In this competition Questionnaire was given by faculty members to the participated students and after that winner was selected by the fastest finger first technique. After this competition snacks were provided to all the candidates and delegates.

Electronics Society: 2019-20 2019-11-10 Inaugural function of Electronics Society: 2019-20 was held on Friday, the 11th October 2019. Dr. D. S. Dhote (Principal and Head), Dr. S. P. Yawale, (Head, Department of Physics, Gov. GVISH, Amravati University), Dr. G.D. Agrahari, Dr. G.A. Raut, Ms. Tilottama Umbarkar (President of Society), Mr. Vaishnavi Wankhade (Secretary of Society) were present. The Electronics Society: 2019-2020 was inaugurated by the hands of Dr. S.P.Yawale. The academicians, faculty members and students of Electronics from the University affiliated colleges were also present for this function At an infancy, Dr. D.S. Dhote, Principle and Head of Electronics Department delivered the welcome speech. He introduced the eminent personality Dr. S.P.Yawale and announced the office bearers of the electronics Society. Ms. Tilottama Umbarkar and Ms. Vaishnavi Wankhade were declared as President and Secretary respectively of the Electronics Society: 2019-2020. Ms. Vaishnavi Wankhade presented the report of activities that had been undertaken in the previous session 2018-19, under Electronics Society: 2018-19. On this occasion students of B. Sc, M. Sc, PGDBME and B. Voc were felicitated for their extra-ordinary performance in the university and examinations held in summer 2019. After this, Dr. G.D. Agrahari delivered his speech & motivate the students to organize more events & co- curricular activities. He appreciated all the efforts taken by all the members of the society to make successful organization of this inauguration. On this occasion, Chief Guest Dr. S.P Yawale delivered a speech for students. He narrated about Nanotechnology. He explain the material used in this technology. Also gave detailed knowledge about these techniques. He also congratulated to all prize winner students and guided them for carrier opportunities. After this, Ms. Tilottama Umbarkar President of Electronics Society: 2019-20 delivered the vote of thanks. The students of the department, non teaching staff and faculty members work hard to make the activity successful. Inaugural function was concluded after vote of thanks. Whole program comparing was done by Ms. Riddhi Bagadi and Ashwini Pimpalkar, Student of B.Voc & M.Sc I year Electronics department.

Workshop organized By G. H. Raisoni College, Amravati. 2019-12-10 A workshop on introduction to robotics was held at G. H. Raisoni College of Engineering on 12th Oct 2019 before a week the G. H. Raisoni College sent a broucher about the workshop and requested the principal of Brijlal Biyani Science College Dr. D. S. Dhote Sir students from different streams to attended the workshop 54 students from Electronics Department were send to attended the workshop. The G. H. Raisoni College made available the Bus facilities for students to take them and drop them. On 12 Oct 2019 Prof. Sonica Devani along with Prof. Yadav Madam from Raisoni College convey with the Bus to take students to the Raisoni College. Dr. G.A.Raut, Ms. N.R. Agrawal, Ms. A. M. Tembhare, Ms. J.P.Kundwani, Mr. G. M. Dyama and Mr. S.K. Shelke Sir Gathered all the 54 students in the different Buses. At 12:30 both the buses reached at the college campus of G. H. Raisoni. Students as well as faculty members of M.Sc were welcomed by Prof in Raisoni College and asked to asked to do registration before the workshop mean while all the teachers of M.Sc had a tea in guest room. Students were dividing into three groups Group A was in the Robotics Lab, Group B Computer Hardware Lab and Group C was sent to the Forency Lab. Up to 2 Pm different groups of students attended different sessions. The session was interactive at 3 PM students were divide into three group & sent to us it Forencing Lab, Pharmatic cule. Their students had seen the process malcing tablet investigation & desine Robotics. At 6 pm all students were gathered in the college warden & take photograph along the teacher infront of G. H. Raisoni college enterance and tanked all the organization to have such as amazing Workshop and collected their certificates. We sincerely expressed are gratitude towards G. H. Raisoni University Authority for their role in ensuring the success of workshop.

Academic Expert Talk on “Sound of Music” 2019-04-12 Post Graduate Department of Electronics of Brijlal Biyani Science College, Amravati has organized Expert talk on “Sound of Music” for M.Sc students on the Wednesday, 4th December 2019 in Electronics Laboratory. Dr. D.S.Dhote, Dr. G.D.Agrahari, Mr. K.A.Borkar, Dr. G.A.Raut, Mr. S.K.Shelke, Ms. A.M.Tembhare, Ms. N.R.Agrawal, Ms. A.G.Tople were present for this program. For this session, Dr. C.S.Adgaonkar ( M.Sc., Ph.D, FIETE, FUSI. Ex. Professor of Physics and Head Dept of Electronics, Govt Institute of Science, Nagpur. Ex. Hon. Faculty Member, Dept of Electronics and Computer Science, RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. Ex Faculty Member, Dept of Physics, Baghdad University, Baghdad (Iraq).) Was guest and delivered lecture on mentioned topic. Dr. C.S.Adgaonkar explained the sound of music plays an important role in the life of human. He explained Recent research on that topic. He also explained Frequency and Pitch (Lower or upper frequency) range. E.g. voice of ladies and voice of gents. He explained concepts of 12 notes can be represented as under Sa Re Re Ga Ga Ma Ma’ Pa Dhha Dhha Ni Ni with their Gharanas . In this talk he explained Sources of musical sound in two ways Air or wind instruments. Human voice, flute, harmonium, shahanai, Sundari shahanai, trumpet, clarinet, sexphone, mouth organ. Human voice i.e Voice box produces sound when air is pushed through it with force. I has 3 cartilages and two vocal chords. The vocal chords are attached to cartilages which supply necessary tension to these vocal chords. The vocal chords for males are thicker than those for females. Therefore base voice of female is higher than those for male.
